„Wenn ich die Restfarben einer Sitzung nutze, fällt der Druck des „Großen, der Perfektion“ weg. Es entsteht Raum für für pure Intuition, Spontaneität und Experimentierfreude. Da die Farben von Derivaten der Palette des Hauptwerks stammen, teilt dieses Bild dieselbe farbliche „DNA“ und Atmosphäre. Es ist sozusagen die kreative Essenz einer größeren Schaffensphase und stellt für mich das Prozessdokument der Arbeit dar. Das „kleine“ Werk trägt die exakt identischen Farbpigmente und die emotionale Energie der „großen Schwester“ in sich.“

“When I use the leftover paint from a session, the pressure of creating something ‘grand’ or ‘perfect’ disappears. It creates space for pure intuition, spontaneity, and the joy of experimentation. Since the colors are derived from the palette of the main artwork, this painting shares the exact same color ‘DNA’ and atmosphere. It is, so to speak, the creative essence of a larger creative phase and serves as a process document of the work for me. The ‘smaller’ piece carries the exact same color pigments and the emotional energy of its ‘big sister’.”
